The Sloc command sets the spawner to specific location on the map, where you can use a spawn command to place a unit, then sl to select it so that you can do things to it ('fa,tint, size, etc.) However, this system is limited because sloc sets it to one specific point on the map. If it was possible to change the spawner location by only a relative amount (like rsloc 64,-64 would move the spawner 64 units to the right, and 64 units down), then you could build the same thing virtually anywhere.
This would be helpful for large interiors built in the free space of barrens, because under the current system, it is possible that two players may have saved something at the same location in game. A relative sloc would solve this problem by letting both players move the interior around in the free space, so that their structures do not collide.
