And you wouldn't even need buildings. i was thinking make a spellbook ability called terrains, then make an ability based off cluster rockets or something and trigger it so that when cast it will change the terrain at that point to whatever. and it could also do to have changeable brush sizes and elevation blah blah blah and yeah it could follow the same syntax as above.
I've also never bothered to place doodads. Sad, i know. in maze designer you "train" them and they appear at the rally point, you could do the same sort of thing.
And finally, some interface suggestions, because i can't be bothered to make another post. It would be so much simpler if you made all the stuff like terrain and effects and doodads accessible through the circle thingie (i forgot the name lol), perhaps by a bunch of different spellbooks for each, kinda like what was done for some affects.
it's annoying having to go looking for a builder every 3 seconds. and example of a better interface, in my opinion, would be a spellbook called buildings, then in that 4 called buildings 1-4, then you could have inside them spellbooks called shelter buildings, wall buildings, and all the other junk builders were madefore. and inside THEM you could have abilities based off mini town hall etc that make the buildings.
well i hope you like my ideas... sorry if i made it sound kinda retarded.. i do that
